Huntersville Recommendations
« on: September 07, 2018, 12:05:25 PM »
I'm looking for recommendations on where to stay, eat, in the long shot I attend this years Carolina Criterium. Nothing fancy, too far, just clean. Maybe, where some other attendees stay as I may be traveling alone.

Thanks,
Tom

Super 8 at I-77 exit 23 is where a bunch of people stay. Fast food places are walking distance. It’s an easy drive to and from the flying site, 10 minutes or less.
I have seen the light, and it’s powered by a lipo.

Super 8 as stated if you don't want to miss the pool party bull$#it session on Sat night. Plus homemade ice cream. Its a dump but its cheap.

I almost forgot...
If Bob Whitney is going to be your roommate make sure you get a room near some train tracks so the passing trains will drown out the sound of his snoring.

Attached is the flyer, the Super 8 is next to Wendy's , Hardee's and across the road from many restaurants, all walking distance ,,

it is the old Holiday inn express,  not as nice as it once was , but clean, convenient and  where most modelers stay at , home of the Famous Saturday night pool party  out back and Ice cream feast out front,,
