How about a link?

Bill Rich says, in the latest issue of Stunt News, that the minutes of both the PAMPA EC meeting and General Meeting were posted on the PAMPA web site. I'm too stupid to find them....can someone provide the link?

They're in the "Members Only" section, but the most recent date appears to be 2007.
