I have found HobbyKing to be okay to work with and they do have a reasonable customer return process. That you received an empty box may be a tough case if you don't have anything to verify it was, in fact, empty such as having weighed it prior to opening. I have returned batteries to them before and they asked for photos showing condition prior to the return shipment. I didn't consider that an unreasonable request. They refunded my money completely.
Hi Mark, sorry if wasn't clear, I didn't receive the box, it arrived at the Fedex facility empty, they said to contact the seller and reorder.
You were probably clear, I just dint read it right. In that case there shouldn't be an issue. Did you try the Hobbyking chat online?
I found live chat, for some reason I thought they had disabled it. they want Fedex to return the empty parcel and they will send it out again. Thanks
