Is their dope considered to be fuelproof for our needs?

   They carry full size aircraft dopes and urethane type painting and covering systems for home built aircraft, mainly Randolph's, which is the basis for most mode airplane dope these days. I think both SIG and Brodak just repackage what they buy in bulk and add pigment for color as needed and desired. I met up with Larry Fruits at Wicks a few months back and we toured their facility. They are an old company, originally founded as a pipe organ manufacturer, which they still do on a small basis. Not a huge place, but their staff was very nice and accommodating.

 Ditto what Dan said. I began dealing with Wicks in the early 70s when I was involved with home-built aircraft. They have many products that can be used for model building purposes. I highly recommend you check them out.
