I'm sure that as these battery innovations come to the mainstream hobby markets it will bode well for electric users. There are several companies offering graphene enhanced RC batteries, not just Revolectrix.

The weight issue is among the things the graphene type batteries are supposed to eventually alleviate. I do like the idea of graphene enhanced batteries in relation to safety, charge density and overall increased longevity. Hopefully as advancements continue, the weight will come down as well.
