No reason it shouldn't.. I've committed to allowing the club to use the land as long as I'm alive and assuming the wife lives longer than I she has committed to allow it till she dies or has to sell with the understanding the club members get first crack at purchasing it.

Yesterday was cement day, we poured a 20 x 20 pad for the canopy and the circle center for circle #3.
