Agreed that we know we are (legally) safe but still think your field kit should include:

1. Your AMA license
2. Your FAA registration number on your planes
3. Perhaps a copy of my email from above and any other LOCAL approving documents you may obtain.

You might call this your CYA kit for Barney six pack.

There is nothing I've heard or seen that says you would have to take a test.  Really just R/C.  The altitude restrictions are still something of an open question to me in regards to free flight.  No other restrictions.  I guess I need to read up on the free flight literature to see what they are being told.  I have a couple new old timers planned.

Nope me neither and get this a lot of city's now have laws against flying kites, kites!! The Government is out of control.
