I have this great collet but have no idea what supplier it came from?

I've looked all over the place.

The washer is 1" and the length overall is just under 1.375". The thrust washer is knurled.

It's for a 5mm shaft and the threaded shaft is 5/16", possibly a tad under.

I would like to know where this is available from? I could use a few.

Help would be appreciated, and thanks in advance.
