Krueger-hopper tanks

Does anybody have the April 99 FM Article featuring Fred Kruegers tank-building methods on digits, or can I find it here on SH anywhere? Ran a search and turned up empty. Thanks a bunch.

Yes I did, also performed some exploratory surgery and took apart some old tanks last night. Think I got a good idea now
