I just wanted to publicy thank Jim from Control line central.

I had ordered some parts that were needed pretty quickly - I sent an email off and paid for it.
Jim had some of the products I needed but not all of the order, so he sent it in 2 shipments. 1 part that I needed urgently, and then sent the 2nd package at no extra cost.
The problem was, I only received the 2nd part of the package. the local post office had lost the order. I urgently needed these products, so Jim sent them out again and express posted it, with no charge. ( I did offer to pay extra to cover it!! )
I didnt care about it being lost, or paying more - I just wanted it. ( For the record it was only $20 worth of parts that I was missing so it wasnt worth anyone stealing, and at no stage did I think that it was not sent. )
I received it the new order 5 days later international postage - which i was extremely happy with. I still dont know where the last package went to - good old Australian post!
So often we hear people complaining about service in other industries - I wanted to share my experience which was outstanding in ever possible encounter, Jim is a sensational person to deal with - has a great range, and was very nice to me during my urgent problem request.
