OK what's up?   ^-^
I have nothing to scale it against, but it looks kind of small.
Something seems fishy here.

As in there is only a fuselage and a tail, the wing is virtual, and shown as inserted at a wrong angle, or it's had a Ring Jr's (or maybe a baby Ring's) wing slid into it, at that wrong angle, and photoshop was used to fuzz over the lack of a joint.

I agree. That is obviously not a full scale Ring. What's going on here, Paul?

Well it depends on what scale you are talking about???

I think it turned out kind of nice. Took all of about 20mins to build and color with markers.

I will try and test fly it this week if I can get the fuel mixed for that engine. LL~

Neato!  :D

Is it balsa?
The motor looks the most realistic, how is it made?

Yup it is balsa. The engine is a old 4-40 cut off and screwed in the nose. Still need to make a fuel tank. <=

Not much time tied up in this build. I just needed to finish a plane. #^
After sanding all weekend a plane had to be built.

Good show Paul!  Love it!  You gotta save this kind of stuff for April 1st!  I posted a pic of a control horn made from 3/8 steel rod a couple years ago on Stuka, said 'it's for a 1/4 scale stunter I'm building'.  Thus forever cementing my rep as a wack job over there. n~

No worries Doc.

It was just done on the fly, and pulled it from memory. No plans, just free hand. #^

I will try to do better on my Cardinal.

Paul,
You should consider marketing this as a ARF. I'll bet it sells like hotcakes.

OK Joe,
I will put a kit together and send it to you to test it out for me.

Just don't let Chris fly it. Not sure he can get one flip starts with that engine. It's not blue. LL~
