« on: July 29, 2007, 04:46:09 PM »
Well today we host the cheezhead fly in. It was one of the best so far. Well except for the lose of one Talon. Chris brought us lunch. I wish I could post some pics but I am on my crackberry. Maybe someone that was here will post a few.

Tons of fun and yes, I lost my Talon in the sun on a reverse wing-over.  :'(
It’s kind of scary going back up after piling in one of your best stunters.
Ryan was really ripping up the sky and getting better all the time.
Dave’s brother Tom was in town and flew some of his combat airplanes.  INSANE!  %^
Thanks to Joe for designing and supplying the Cheesehead Flyin shirts, pretty cool. BW@
Thanks to Team Rootbeard for having us for the day, I had a blast.
Here are some pictures.

Thanks Chris for posting the pictures and for the great sandwiches. I really felt bad when the Talon went in. Dave's brother was just mentioning how nice it looked in the air. I think I probably felt as bad as you did.
I was just shaking my head watching Tom fly his combat ship behind him without having it in sight. I had never seen anyone fly that way before except for me when I didn't mean to. Tried to act cool when it happened, but I don't think anyone believed me.
Thanks also to Paul for hosting this at his in-laws farm.We couldn't have asked for a nicer day weatherwise. Good fun with good people.

Hey just got on a real computer. Problem is I do not have our pictures. Some of them are not too good. We got fuel on the lens.

I like the pictures! #^

I just took another peek at the pictures. Chris looks like he got stung by a bee in the first picture. I like the guy with the Brodak shirt on. Ryan looks like he is passing gas or something. Nice action shots. Got any of Ryan and I doing the duo flight?

I sure hate the Talon popped the ground. Not good Patrick. :-[
I hope you put it back together.

The Vector sure flew nice.

Yeah, I like that guy's Brodak shirt also.  Wish I had been there to get one.  Who was that guy?  There were so many people at the Cheesehead Flyin, I lost track of every one.
I was so busy watching the Dynamic Duo, Probbuster and Rootbeard, I forgot to take pictures.   ::)
Ben has some video of it, I think.  We just need to figure out how to get it off the camera.
