A couple months ago I got a good deal on a DVR / Camera system for the house. Set up a few inside and started planning the location of the outside ones- but work / life interupted progress.
Today on a whim I scanned some of the recorded videos ( motion activated cameras so lots of little clips of people coming into / out of rooms).
There I was - flying a C/L scale P-51 airframe around the room making vrrroooom- vrroooom noises and chasing the dog! Had a dumb grin on my face too!
My wife is right - I will never grow up - I don't even remember doing it- I do remember searching the web for pics of Bob Hoovers yellow P-51, N-2251D, the early one that had the O2 bottle explode at Oshkosh. Anybody have pics of that one that show the top / bottom of the wing? Need to get some graphics made to finish the plane.
