Replaced the old D-Link DSC-900 with a Vivotek IB8369. The new camera has higher resolution and a wide field of view.

1. This all started a couple years ago when I came up with the idea of being able to see if someone was at the field before you left your house.
2. This is not streaming video, I am running a computer and software that grabs stills from two cameras and uploads the images to the web at intervals set in the software.
3. Sometimes the page is refreshing at the same time the image is being uploaded. When this happens you may only see part of the image. It will catch up on the next refresh but if you don't want to wait you can manually refresh the page and that will fix the image display.
4. The new camera actually produces a 1920 X 1080 image but it has a wide angle lens that is almost a fish-eye. The image you are seeing is 1200 X 675 cropped out of the middle. This is only negative I have found with the camera, wished it had a different lens so I could use the full resolution image. In any case, it's still much better than the old 640 X 480 webcam and the video camera we are using for the 2nd camera.
