My guess would be that this is a "home brew" built from left over parts of other planes. Wing looks kinda Ringmaster and the stab reminds me of a Shoestring Stunter. Don't really recognize the "kid" either......

Looks kinda like the stabilizer and elevator from a profile Fire Cat-----perhaps the wing as well.
