Had some face to face time with Dist V AMA officials and President Bob Brown concerning electing Allen Brickhaus to the HOF. President Brown is only a deciding vote if a tie exists, but am confident that will not happen. However I do not like leaving things to chance.
Therefore I ask that each District please contact their Vice President and erg them to contact their electors in their District to vote in Allen. District VP's do not vote on the HOF, but know who the electors are, and maybe have appointed them, and may or may not have any power over their vote, but can relay how much traffic they receive about this and how important this is to the Control Line Community.
PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE BE COURTEOUS AND RESPECTFUL.
This action probably is not needed, but if it helps some we will all thank you.
District V is covered except for our Past President and will respectively try to contact him and wrap up my District.
I am NOT trying to offend anyone. Just want to make sure this happens.

Dear Andy,

Please contact the appropriate electors and ask them to vote to have Allen Brickhaus nominated to the Hall Of Fame.

Allen was very influential in modeling and he touched many people's lives.  He certainly deserves the honor.
