Best engine for Brodak Strega

Hello,
What is the best engines for a Brodak strega?
I have two engines at my disposal:
First is an OS 70 FL which is light (16,6 oz) but not very powerful (only 9800 RPM on APC 12x6).
Second one is an OS 70 Surpass II which is very heavy (20,4 oz) but as powerful as a Saito 72.
Finally, what is the best propeller I can use?

I would see where it balances with the Surpass and what its overall weight is. If you have to add weight to get it to balance I would go to the other engine. I think there have been lots of Stregas flown with Saito 72s in them which is the same weight as your non Surpass engine.
