Just wondering if anyone could fill in the details. Inquiring minds want to know!

Thanks!

Yes, we do have results and yes, we can fill in the details, when the time is right.

How are we ever going to get anyone to visit our web site or read our wonderful newsletter, full of SCORES and the like, if people go posting the info willy-nilly all over the Inter-webs at the drop of a hat?  The current deadline for submissions is the end of the month, and I believe the plan is to publish the newsletter about a week later.  I'm certain the scores and results will be in it, along with a nice write-up of the whole event for your reading pleasure.

Hmmm,
This is interesting.  I agree it was indeed an excellent event.

Attempting to fly combat after a long absence was a humbling experience but fun.  Forgot how much work and dirt is involved in just competing in combat.

Got a chance to meet KOTRC president Mike Alurac.  He has the energy, enthusiasm and determination to make this event the best of the best.  A very big THANK YOU to the entire KOTRC club and the many people who worked so hard and were so generous with their time.  For me, it is reminiscent of times past when I was totally exhausted and just looked forward to doing it all over again!

Oh yeah, since I made the decision to support this event by driving 12 hours, paying entry fees, hotel rental, gas and assorted other expenses and had to leave before the final results were posted at the contest, I would really like to know.

Had the usual fun time with all the guys of the KOTRC, they do a great job,
Ate a bunch hot dogs and cheeseburgers and RCs'. Saturday was cold and windy
but flyable, RJ was first in Old Time and Lou Wolgast took first in Classic. Sunday
was much nicer weather with no wind at all. RJ was first in expert and was given
the Palmer trophy which Warren Walker was nice enough to keep for me until next
time. Thanks for allowing all us Tucsonions to invade your turf and We Will
