ACRO-60 Building sequence photos
« on: March 22, 2009, 02:12:05 PM »

I wanted to share some of my building techniques with others who may find some value for their
own ways of construction. All parts mounted with epoxy.

     1. 1/8th fusalage sides-.003th unidirectional carbon fiber-1/64th plywood doublers.
     2. Fusalage sides sanded to 3/32 aft of trailing edge for lightness.
     3. All parts cut out and shaped for mounting on each side.
     4. engine bearers mounted.
     5. Black section at end of fusalage is .003 carbon fiber mounted vertical for stabilizer torque stiffness.
