Larry had his operation to fuse his ankle today, and the doctor feels everything went as well as could be expected. Unfortunately the surgery originally scheduled for 7 AM did not start until 11 AM. So at this time Larry is still a bit uncomfortable with some considerable amount of pain.
All this info is from Larry's wife Gail who requests well wishers to withhold calls until sometime tomorrow (Friday), so Larry can get the rest he needs, and allow time for his pain to subside.
He does enjoy talking to all who call.
