Bill,
Happy New Year! The Pet 09 is a very interesting engine. It has a flat piston top with a step cut in the piston to affect as an incoming fuel charge deflector. This eliminates the hotspot of a baffle deflector and allows very good running even with high nitro fuels. You can read about the Pet on this website:  https://sceptreflight.com/Model%20Engine%20Tests/Index.html

For fuel consumption I would guess starting with a tank around 1 1/2 oz of say 10%N fuel with 25% total oil would be pretty close.

Best,    DennisT

Thanks Dennis and Happy New Year to you! I was only able to fit a 3/4 oz. tank so I guess it will be brief.

I run a Norvel .074 on one of my planes. Running 25% nitro 1/2A fuel, I get a 4 min run out of a 1oz tank.
