(Gulp!) A heart-stopping moment
« on: November 30, 2013, 09:08:55 PM »
While cruising MSN internet News, this headline popped up:

"Paul Walker dies in Calif. crash."

Had to read the details to find out that this particular Paul Walker was as actor in the "Fast and Furious" series.

(Whew!!!)

Yeah, I've see that Paul Walker on the boob tube before.  I also know a Paul Walker in Mass. that used to be a Motorcycle Racer (flat track) at the same time I was...and a Paul Walker in Colorado that was a Rodeo Cowboy at the same time I was.
If I had seen that add first I would probably have really worried.

I was waiting for someone to make a post about this. Took a bit longer than I thought it would.

He was best known for his lead role in the "Fast and Furious" movie series.

In Fast and Furious 6 the girl drives a Jensen Interceptor. A couple of weeks ago I sold my Jensen to my son for about the same amount that Manhattan was bought from the Indians :). It needs some restoring but, my son not being a traditionalist, he's already bought the Mercedes charcoal grey paint to make something of a movie replica.

Yeah, I seen that this AM when I logged in.  But, then the picture looks nothing like our Paul Walker.
