Hey Russell, are you alive?  Submitted an order on 22 December 2021.  I have sent you two emails requesting updates with no response.   Have called and left messages with no response.  Please let me know the status of my order.

Hate to call you out on a public forum, but I don't know what else to do.  If I do not hear from you I will be forced to cancel the order and request the funds back through PayPal.

Not trying to be ugly, just need some information please.

I sent a couple of messages about an order I’d like to place.  I got a quick initial response asking a detailed question.  I responded back and then radio silence.

I had heard of order issues but wanted to give Okie/Russell a chance.  I am still willing to give home a chance.  At some point, I’ll move on.
