Hey Russell, are you alive?  Submitted an order on 22 December 2021.  I have sent you two emails requesting updates with no response.   Have called and left messages with no response.  Please let me know the status of my order.

Hate to call you out on a public forum, but I don't know what else to do.  If I do not hear from you I will be forced to cancel the order and request the funds back through PayPal.

Not trying to be ugly, just need some information please.

I sent a couple of messages about an order I’d like to place.  I got a quick initial response asking a detailed question.  I responded back and then radio silence.

I had heard of order issues but wanted to give Okie/Russell a chance.  I am still willing to give home a chance.  At some point, I’ll move on.

Remember we still have RSM Dist., Brodak and MBS Model supply has some bell cranks and other stuff.

I get very good service from Russel by not combining things he has to make with things he stocks.  For some reason he does not like to partial ship orders. I made the mistake of ordering a pushrod and some custom split flap horns with some other stuff and the whole thing was delayed because he was waiting on a supplier for parts.  Once I found out the problem, he explained what was happening and I got the rest of the order in a couple of days.  Bottom line, work with him and he works with you.

Well, I guess I can scratch this guy off the list. 6 months after ordering and paying, not a word from him. Took the money and ran.
