Robert Demkov, R.I.P.

We've lost another good friend. Bob wasn't known by many outside of the Salt Lake Valley. Some of you may remember him showing up at a VSC some years back, with a Fire Cat that was finished in a wildly colored fractil design that he generated, and printed out onto the covering wih his computer. Or, you may remember his lane looking like the Guillows "406" Glider,at another VSC.

Bob was eccentric, always curious, and enjoyed our hobby clear down to the molecula level. Once he got into a sbject, he really got into it. He once got into fire works, and created a lot of unique examples of that art.

He will be mssed by all who knew him. Rest In Peace y friend. H^^

I remember seeing his Firecat done up like a glider. Beautiful workmanship. Sorry to hear of his passing.

I, too, remember that airplane at the VSC.  Beautiful work!  Sorry to learn of his passing.
