Brett Buck and Dave Fitzgerald did an article on pipe tuning a while back. 
Anybody remember what issue it was ?

Normally I would just ask Randy but I know he is at the NATs this week. 
Hope the article covers what I am looking for,  which way do you move the pipe to soften the break ?   
Also, what other adjustments could be made to soften the break ?
