BB re-works are set up for a traditional stunt run, not for a high RPM/low pitch. For that, take Jerry's advice. Here's should you change your mind about the type of run you are looking for, here's some suggestions:
For the 46, start with an APC 11x5 prop, 10/22 fuel, 4.5 ounce tank, ground RPM from 8800 to 9200. At launch the engine should be in a 4 stroke, occasionally breaking into a 2 stroke. It will settle into a 4 x 2 break reminiscent of a ST-46. Not as much peak power as a stock engine but a quality run and a good choice for modern or classic stunters from 550 to 610" sq.
For the .36, a few prop choices are the APC "toothpick" 10.5x4.5 (ground RPM 10,00 to 10,200) or if you can find one, Bolly Clubman 10.5x5. Ground rpm around 9800. 4 to 4.5 ounce tank, 10/22 fuel. Run will be very similar to the 46 but less of a break, especially with the APC 4.5" prop. FWIW: above info was acquired from actual use, not theory. .36 was replaced by an Aero-Tiger which I like better but the Byron Barker tuned .36 is a very useable engine and definitely a "keeper".
