Which Super Tiger needle valve assemblies fit the EVO 36, the LA 46 and LA 25?

None fit the OS engine without drilling out both the crankcase and venturi. Check whether Randy is making a 3.5mm dia version of his NVA like our Aussie manufacturer.

Not one simple answer. The OS's have a casting width of .575" at the needle valve location and the Evo is .650" wide at the draw-bar hole. The two OS's can use the same length but you need to carefully drill out the hole with a .157" drill to use a PA, Super Tigre, or Brodak needle assembly in them.

For the Evo: If you're going to use the spray bar to retain a "True Venturi" style venturi, you will need to make a bushing to reduce the size of the draw bar hole to .157" for a good fit. If you are going to use the std. Evo venturi's and run the needle thru them, you can drill thru with the .157" drill and file or machine flats to make it the same width as the OS's, then use the same length spray bar. You want the outlet hole to be at, or very near center in the venturi. I have purchased and used all three of the above needle assemblies in different applications and they all work well if installed properly. For the correct length, call Randy @ Precision Aero for the PA NV or Eric @ RSM for the Super Tigre type. They both sell several lengths. H^^
