Most will probably want the engine in hand, to fit the venturi to. Trusting others to make precise measurements can be a frustrating and costly way to do business. I'm pretty fussy about how tight the venturi inserts fit...not too tight, not too loose. I want them to push in, but I don't want them to be destroyed trying to get them back out. Our local combat guys make venturi's for Magnum .36's out of hardware store stock "spacers" from the parts bins at the ACE hardware, with a drill press. They work, it seems, tho maybe better on bladder tanks than suction. Hope this helps.
