Need help with fuel tank

When inverted the engine runs faster. The engine is inverted in the plane.
If I lay the plane on it's back which way do I move the tank to even out the engine run. UP? DOWN?

ahhh................thanks Randy.
My neck and back are killing me from bending over this plane for the last two weeks. Putting a shim under the tank is gonna be a cinch.
