Fox Stunt Heads
« on: December 09, 2009, 06:34:58 AM »
Here is some info on the Fox Ranger heads.
Both of these were removed from engines that I bought brand new.
The four-bolt head from an very early 29, the six-bolt from a 35.

Also, check out the two wedge heads - both removed from stunt 35s I purchased new-in-box. Look at the differences in the protrusion.

OK, Fox experts, have at it!!

So these heads with the twin "lips" dipping down into the cylinder are Ranger types? I have an older Fox 19 with this sort of head.
Ian Russell.
[I can remember the schedule o.k., the problem is remembering what was the last manoeuvre I just flew!].
