Fox 29 prop?
« on: July 15, 2006, 07:45:14 PM »
I have a slant plug Fox 29, definitely a ucontrol engine, in very nice shape.  Bought second hand several years ago, it seems to have very little time on it.  Any thoughts on prop sizes for this?  I flew it once back when, with a 10-6 and it turned it OK, but I bet that is too much?  Thanks

Hi Russell,

I would probably trim a 1/4 " off each tip of a 10-5 to give me a 9 1/2" prop.  Rebalance.
