curious about Brodak 049 MKII and Brodak 061 motors

Like the standard glow plug, heard there were problems
with the MKI 049

1.    Is the MK 2 worth the extra $ ?
2.    any experience with the 061   ?
3.    How about 1/2 A pathfinder, with 061 on 40' lines?
4.    Would something like this be viable for practicing patterns?
