Hey Randy:    or anyone else who might know...

Has anyone ever set up an AeroTiger 36 on a pipe. 
Was wondering if there was any significant improve in either power or run quality ?
I am aware of the reputation of this motor, so it is possible to improve it over the muffled set up ?

My project is one of Randy Powell's Ringmaster Deluxe, which is a piped profile, about 615 in wing area. 
I will be using a universal aluminum plate type motor mount to accommodate multiple engines.
Already have it set up for Enya40XZS and a Magnum36XLS.

Yes  many have ran the AT 36 on a pipe, It works very well on or off of a pipe, you maybe can run a larger venturie with great hold constant speed with a piped run. Use it either way, it is the strongest in its class
