I was introduced to FasCal by Howard Rush around 1973. He aws on theeast caost working at Grumman and he found us flying combat in Flushing Meadow park. Anyway, we laerned a lot from him, long tailed Voodoos , FasCal, ST G21 35's, (we were Fox 36 x guys) changing out bearings for MRCs, the whole deal. Anyway I covered Everything from combat ships to sportplanes with the stuff. it was awesome, and took dope striping well. Planes covered in FC were indestructible, it added a lot of strength as well as shrinking up drum tight. Only drawback was that you had to buy miles of the stuff....or club bought a huge role and divided it up.
