Kafin, another option is to maybe look for a 46LA RC version (with carb), then get a 7mm venturi and NVA. Easy to switch out. You can also use a smaller 6mm venturi, but the 7mm size is the stock one for the 46 LA-s.

The Control Line Store on eBay sells the venturi and NVA (either front or rear type NVA).

I have a 46LA on my Vector and that is exactly what I did.

Okay, that worked.  I will send another one or so. It has the Smith Needle valve and an appropriate venturi. It is either 275, 280 0r 285. The venturi are from Jim Lee.

By the way, the propeller nut and OS propeller washer are included. I had taken them off to remove a propeller.  Engine is used but has good compression.
