WTB: Harry Higley 3/32" wire bender

Looks like a large hex nut with two stubby posts sticking out. Let me know if you have one you can part with.

On eBay right now:

       Hi Jim!

  That's a tubing bender. It is also a very useful tool. Is Higley stuff no longer available? I haven't tried to purchase anything out of their line lately. They maybe went direct like a lot of other manufacturers after Tower Hobbies bankruptcy.

      Paul, your link didn't work so I'll take a stab at it;

     I have a few on hand like this one. These have been around a long time in various forms. A home made bender like a Higley can be made from some motorcycle chain pins salvaged from some one shortening a 1/2" (428) chain. Just drive the pins all the way out, drill appropriate holes in a hunk of steel and insert pins. The Higley units are hard to beat, though, if a person isn't the type that likes to make things or does not have the tools.  Jim Lee offers a nice one that is lever actuated that is pretty nice also.

Dan - Thank you for providing a working link.  I usually wind up with a link that is several hundred characters, and when I try to trim off the excess: win some, lose some.

Jim Lee has so much good stuff.  I don’t know why his catalog does not link to his photos.  I will post a pic of his wire bender below, if I don’t goof it up.

   I did not know that Higley was taken over by Sullivan. I just checked the Sullivan web site and they show all the Higley tools, and it looks like they are out of stock on the 1/8" and 3/32 benders, and the 1/4-32 taps also.
