Looking for a source for "Hello Kitty" Line Clips.
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Why not get the line clip maker fro Lee Machine Shop.  He has the wire also for the clips.  Then you can make clips of any length. D>K

Randy Smith was the source for them here in the USA. 
They were available through Kaz Minato's Japan store.

Here is a tutorial on how to make them yourself:

IF I remember correctly, Randy announced recently that he had some "Kitty" line clips. If I wanted some, I'd call him, but I've got a Jim Lee clip bender and I'm happy with the clips I made with it.  H^^ Steve
