Kavan Strap on Muffler for an ST .46

I am looking for a strap on Kavan muffler for the ST G21 .46. these are the ones with the red anodized button in the front of the tube. Please respond to :

MECOA'S price approximates $44.00 each plus postage! I think that's too pricy for my budget! $25.00 perhaps but not $44.00!
