Well, the Magician is done as good as its gonna git. Used a new rattle can clear Spraymax 1k. We'll se how fuel proof it is. Some time when it not blowing 40-60 mph, or raining

Very nice, Jack. Are you planning to bring it to Portland this weekend?

You know, even until this day, I am still not fully sure why Magicians fly so good. The only thing I can think of to improve them, is to use adjustable leadouts. Other than that, it's gas and go!!

Why yes Bill, today went to Arlington and made the maiden flight. Was very nice, alot better than the CG cosmic wind I was flying, right to the point of down line breaking at the crimp at the plane. A few inside loops and ........ Think I can fix it. A small crack in the fuse just in front of leading edge, near the landing gear. We'll get to sanding and such tommorow.

Jack,

Most of us wrap lines, but if you want to crimp, you should talk to Pat Johnston. He uses a real crimping tool and some slick ferules. Never had a line break.
