Dennis,
You guys sending your Paw out to participate/attend this year?  I went last year with Jim Morway and we had a blast.  Might be a while before I make it out there again, but it is good to say that I made the trip.

Nope, not in the cards this year.  However, at last report he was up to his ears in a new Chief build...

Great looking plane Ty.  I know what you mean about getting ready for VSC.  I still have not flown a complete OTS pattern with the Ziltch on ignition.  Oh well no matter how early you start something always comes up to stretch the project out to the last minute.  Hope to see you next week at VSC, I will look for your plane.

Ty,

You did good.  Let us know how it flies.  This certainly isn't an easy plane to build.

The Knight looks much better in person, don't let Ty fool ya.  Watched his flight this AM as he was over on circle 2 and I was on circle 1.  Didn't know about the chipped prop.  Should have taken an attempt Ty.  I got in a full flight with the triangles out of order.  Four flights on a plane is not enough.  A rule I have broken in that if plane has not flown it stays home.   But, I wanted to do better in honor of Jack Sheeks.  DOC Holliday

Ty:
Somewhere someone posted a pix of the Knight in flight.  It is one of those "1000 words" things.  That looks REALLY great, and I am looking forward to seeing it fly some time when you get a chance to de-bug it.  Congrads again on a great build!  H^^

Ty,

We are proud of you that you got the "Knight" flying in such a short time.

You did a great job on it and the airplane looks like it has potential.

Please keep us up to date on progess with getting it trimmed.

If it's "One Part" urethane Ty, The cure is a moisture kick cross link. 15% is really low. Standard Humidity is 50-55 % Bet its just fine now.  H^^

I didn't know that was your plane, I am really sorry we didn't get to meet.  I was hoping to meet as many SH members as possible.  John Paris, well I got blown out on Friday but on  Saturday morning I turned in a 436 with the Ringmaster.  I was so happy with that score I pined the score sheet to the wall of my cubicle here at work.

Andy,
I can relate to getting blown out.  The 6 inch pull out inverted on the square 8s on day 2 of Classic was an interesting event for me.  The following push at the top of the vertical 8 was pretty neat as well.  I bailed on the rest of it as I wanted to take the airplane (Ringmaster) home.  I was surprised at how much I missed the event this year.  Might have to consider making another trip out that way.
