Here is a PDF file for the decal. Take it to an Office Supply or Copy shop and have them color laserjet print it on stick on transparent label (if you have white background) or white stick on label paper (if you have colored background). If you want a real water slide decal buy some decal paper and have them print it on the decal paper. Here is one source of decal paper. Be sure you get laserjet paper unless you want to spray Krylon crystal clear on the decal to seal it (then you need  regular inkjet paper).
