The Argus is, in my opinion, the best of the classics.

It is the  easiest to trim, most forgiving and user friendly plane I've ever owned.

The only trim I did was adding weight. At 32 ounces, it was terrible. Now at 40, it's perfect.
The performance in the wind really surprised me. I was truly pleased that such a little plane with a (relatively) small engine could keep up with the big planes when it got windy.
