I too watched the video.   I have to hand it to our young people for flying those Navy jets.   Have a video in my collection of Navy flying and one portion was landing at night with a storm going on.   Seems the deck and plane came together at the right time as the pilot was getting ready to eject.   Another shot was after the pilot got on deck, they had to help him out of the plane he was so exhausted from the stress.   Thanks to all for the video.
