In a move that many feel is the best way to reach members of the NCS and others and to get up to date feedback and general Carrier news, NCS President Dick Perry has instituted a new "District Rep" program.  Attached is a copy of Dick's article just released.  One change, the new Area Rep for the NW is myself.  Please note the person who represents Carrier in your area, or volunteer to be the rep in your vacant area. Offer any news etc to them to be published in the Navy Carrier bulletin.
