NCS .15 Carrier Engines
« on: November 18, 2009, 11:52:15 PM »
Has anyone tried the new(er) ASP .15?
Ball bearings, twin needle carb. and about half the price of an OS .15 CV-A.
Looks to be a high quality Chinese engine.

If you do a little bit every day it will get done, or you can do it tomorrow.

Tis a good engine, almost de-riquer for RC SCC combat.  I haven't tried one on a carrier plane, however should be good.  The best engine IMO is a left hand MVVS if you can find one.

I did find an importer for obscure and "fringe market" engines...they sell MVVS.

What size tank is everyone running for .15's? This is my last hurdle before sanding/ finishing.
