In 2002 Perry made a carb #2030 with a ID of .240 and OD of .433 and it worked on the MVVS .15. NOW, as far as I can figure, Perry offers carb #2030 with an ID.270 and OD of 433 which if I remember right is to large. I remember when this happened and called Conley (not related) and asked him why he isn't offering it in .240 and he informed me that .270 was bigger and would give the engine more power (daa) never mind that the .270 was to big. As far as size goes, a Perry doesn't have a spray bar that goes all the way across so has more area than a RC carb with a spray bar. I have sleeved down Perry's before using brass sheet material from K&B?
