Is there a list somewhere on the net of carrier design construction articles / plans? I've tried Google to no avail. A few guys in my area are getting interested in building a nostalgia design for local competition and it would be nice is such a list were available.

Thanks for the reply Mike. I was hoping that an online list would be available of eligible designs as I do have all the old magazines containing the construction articles.

There are lists available online for Model Builder, Flying Models and American Modeler magazines construction articles but so far I can't find a similar list for Model Airplane News. It would be nice if the NCS had a list of eligible designs available in one place.

To expand what Doc said, the MAN plans are available at "RCStore.com".  Some nice designs, both stunt and carrier although only a fraction of what was printed in MAN in the day.  The Class One designs are especially interesting.  They are expensive, Tom's CD still may be the best bet.  Speaking of expensive, has anyone checked out the prices that the AMA is currently charging for plans through "Model Aviation" magazine recently? 

When you see the plans you will see a distinct difference between planes and ships.  Yes I am be sarcastic.  There have been so many plans published and in kit form, that is why I go to the "John Pond Collection" that the AMA has.  DOC Holliday
