If you have Excel, I can fix you up.

You can get just a bit more sophisticated with a simple fixture like this.

The ruler displays the amount of HANDLE/CABLE displacement.

The left hand plywood "tee" represents 1/2 of the BELLCRANK.

The plywood "tee" on the right represents the FLAP HORN. 

The protractor displays the displacement of the FLAPS (and
elevators, if 1:1 ratio is utilized.)

Put in as many adjustment holes as deemed necessary, and play with
different combinations to get the elevator range that you want.

The fixture is handy, simple, and and gives you good results, but not
as good as Howard's Excel program.  <g>
