I used to build a lot of indoor foamie airplanes, especially for other people. This was extremely popular. I like it a lot. But, epoxy works just fine. This glue is flexible, where epoxy is not. https://www.motionrc.com/products/beacon-foam-tac-glue-2oz?utm_medium=cpc&utm_source=googlepla&variant=19074422278&gclid=CK3BtoLRjs4CFceBfgodjiAAZQ
Do hobby shops carry that do you know?
Epoxy tends to be heavy, and way stronger than it needs to be to get the job done -- but it does work.Depending on the job at hand:epoxy with lots of microballoons mixed inCanopy glue (like "RC56" -- names often have "56" or "560" in them)foam-safe CA"low temperature" hot glue -- it's heavy unless you really control the film thickness, but it's fast and effectiveMy favorite for crash repair on Phil Cartier-style foam wings is Gorilla Glue. Follow the directions on the package -- it needs water to kick it off. If you need to fill a big void, squirt some on a card and mix in a bit of water, then pour it in the hole.
I broke my cheap float
Gorilla glue. If that doesn't last, rebuild the mount with a 1/8" thick plywood plate that's about twice as wide and twice as long.
